Formation of Cell:
For Gender Equality & Gender Justice in all its intervention and practices, Girl Student Grievance Redressal Cell was established under Act No. 20 of 1990 of Govt. of India under the able surveillance of the Principal Dr. N.V. Ramana, JNTUHCEJ in 2016 .
The cell is responsible for looking into any complaints filed by girl students and about girl student grievance at the college

Objectives of the Girl Student Grievance Redressal Cell
- To resolve issues pertaining to girl student problems.
- To equip the girl student with knowledge of legal rights.
- To safeguard the right of girl students.
- To provide a platform for listening to complaints and Redressal of grievances.
- To incorporate hygiene habits and ensure a healthy atmosphere in and around the college.
- The Principal, who is the chairman of the committee, may appoint the Co-ordinator and members of the cell.
- The cell formed reviews the guidelines/policy for Redressal of the grievance as required from time to time, which may be in accordance with those issues by college.
- Keep a record of all incidents in a book if they feel the need to register a formal complaint. Later, this record will be helpful
Grievance Procedure :
- Any girl student will have the right to lodge a complaint regarding concerning problem against various issues by writing a letter or putting the complaint to the Chairman of Girl Student Grievance Redressal Cell.
- The complaint will be afforded full confidentially at this stage.
- After receiving the complaint, the chairman shall convene the meeting of the cell.
- The committee then shall decide the course of action to proceed.
- The report is submitted to the Principal.
