Girl Student Grievance Redressal Cell
Formation of cell :
For gender equality & gender justice in all its intervention and practices, Girl Student Grievance Redressal Cell was established under Act No. 20 of 1990 of Govt. of India under the able surveillance of the Principal Dr. N.V. Ramana, JNTUHCEJ in 2016
The cell is responsible for looking into any complaints filed by girl students and about girl student grievance at the college
Objectives of the Girl Student Grievance Redressal Cell:
  • To resolve issues pertaining to girl student problems.
  • To equip the girl student with knowledge of legal right.
  • To safeguard the right of girl students.
  • To provide a platform for listening to complaints and Redressal of grievances.
  • To incorporate hygiene habits and ensure a healthy atmosphere in and around the college.
  • The Principal may appoint the Chairman and members of the cell.
  • The cell may form reviews the guidelines/policy for Redressal of the grievance as required from time to time, which may be in accordance with those issues by college.
  • To incorporate hygiene habits and ensure a healthy atmosphere in and around the college.
  • Keep a record of all incidents in a notebook if you feel the need to register a formal complaint later, this record will be helpful.
Grievance Procedurel:
  • Any girl student will have the right to lodge a complaint concerning problem against various issues by writing a letter or putting the complaint to the Chairman of Girl Student Grievance Redressal Cell.
  • The complaint will be afforded fill confidentially at this stage.
  • After receiving the complaint, the chairman shall convene the meeting of the cell.
  • The committee shall then decide the course of action to proceed.
  • The report is submitted to the Principal.
